Get to know Shannon

I’m a REALTOR who genuinely loves doing life—whether that’s kayaking local rivers, grabbing dinner on a patio with friends, or traveling with my husband. If there’s live music or something outdoorsy involved, I’m probably in.

When it comes to real estate, I’m all about relationships. I take the time to really understand what my clients want and need so I can help them get there without all the extra stress. As “Your Relatable Realtor,” I lean on my own experiences to connect with people in a real, down-to-earth way. Whether you’re buying your first home, investing, or relocating, I’ve got you.

If you’re moving to Tennessee, I love helping people get a feel for Knoxville and the surrounding areas. I do a lot of video tours so you can see and experience homes from wherever you are. Since I’ve been through a move like that myself, I know how big of a deal it is—and I do everything I can to make it easier.

I’m a big fan of all kinds of homes, from historic charmers to brand-new builds, and I’m always happy to talk through the potential in each one. I also have a great network of pros—stagers, inspectors, photographers, and more—so you’re supported every step of the way.

At the end of the day, I just enjoy connecting with people. Real estate is part of it, but building relationships is the best part. I’m here to make the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more enjoyable.
